    Short-term or ongoing: Can be brief for resolving specific issues or longer-term for deeper relationship work.

    Solution-oriented: Aims to address conflicts, improve communication, rebuild trust, foster healthier interactions and strengthen emotional connections.

    Supportive: Provides a safe space for both partners to express concerns, work toward mutual understanding and navigate challenges.

    Ideal for: Couples facing communication breakdowns, trust issues, life transitions.

    Available: In person or online.

    Individual Counselling

    Short-term: Typically addresses immediate concerns over a limited number of sessions.

    Solution-focused: Helps individuals cope with specific life challenges such as grief, stress, or relationship issues.

    Guidance-based: Provides strategies and advice for managing emotions and situations.

    Ideal for: Life transitions, relationship concerns, work-related stress, and general emotional support.

  • Silence Speaks Walking Therapy

    Walking Therapy

    Short or Long-Term: Can be shorter term, to address immediate concerns, or sessions can provide ongoing support.

    Your pace: We walk at a pace that feels comfortable for you — this is not exercise‑based therapy.

    Walk & Talk: Each walk takes roughly 50–65 minutes, avoids busy public areas, and offers the kind of calm, semi‑secluded environment that supports reflective therapeutic work.

    Ideal for those who: feel more comfortable talking while moving, find traditional therapy rooms overwhelming or intense, enjoy nature or open spaces.

    Available: In person only.

We provide a range of Lived Experience Talks and Trauma Informed Workshops for organisations, charities, and community groups covering: Stress, Burnout, Childhood Trauma, Complex Trauma, Suicide, Grief, Imposter Syndrome, through an integrative approach to mental health & wellbeing.
