We look forward to welcoming 2025 with the launch of two new services brought to you by Silence Speaks.
The first service will centre around Men’s Mental Health and will be covering RCT and the wider area with in-person support from a mental health professional.
The second will be the launch of an online community dedicated to raising mental health awareness by -
Sharing information relating to mental health conditions
Sharing advice and guidance on living with a mental health condition from evidence-based sources
Providing signposting to local and national organisations that provide support to local communities
Sharing real life stories from those that suffer from poor mental health but continue to thrive
